About the Guests:

  • Krystelle Bilodeau, Director, Retail and Wholesale Debt Administration, Bank of Canada – Krystelle has led many large outsourcing initiatives for the Bank in addition to advising on the impacts of new technologies on the financial services sector. Her work in these areas has given her unique insight and expertise into third-party risk. Krystelle is a guest lecturer for SIG University’s Certified Third Party Risk Management program, published author on the topic and a frequent presenter on the modern workforce.
  • Biswajeet Panigrahi, Category Manager II, Strategic Sourcing, FedEx – Biswajeet has led major technology projects, including the creation of a real-time intelligent dashboard and the utilization of data science to develop models and forecasting tools. Biswajeet has been recognized for his innovative strategies, methodologies, and ability to use emerging technologies, including neural networks, to enhance business operations for FedEx.
  • Natalie Fahrner, Category Manager II, Strategic Sourcing, FedEx – Natalie plays an integral role in developing strategy to unlock value through a powerful combination of holistic category management, trusted stakeholder partnerships and the use of big data to enhance decision-making. Additionally, Natalie has been recognized for her thought leadership, mentorship programs, and volunteer initiatives.

Over the coming weeks, listeners will be introduced to the teams and individuals whose work has had significant impacts on the industry, the organizations for which they work and their colleagues. The Future of Sourcing Awards will take place at SIG’s Fall Global Executive Summit on October 17 in Rancho Mirage, California.
