Acquisition of the ProcureTech100, ProcureTech100 Yearbook, and Founders' Circle

I’m delighted to announce that Art of Procurement has acquired the ProcureTech100 and Founders’ Circle programs from ProcureTech. 

Lance Younger first shared his vision for ProcureTech with me back in 2021, and it has been a thrill to watch it come to life over the past four years, culminating in a sale of the advisory and consulting component of the business to ORO Labs in March of this year.

Knowing the impact that ProcureTech100 and Founders’ Circle have had for both CPOs and providers alike, I knew that the programs needed to continue in some form, and so I reached out to Lance to express our interest in acquiring them.

The rest, as they say, is history.
