[July 8, 2025] – Art of Procurement, the leading source of trusted, actionable, peer-driven insights for forward-thinking procurement leaders, today announced it has acquired the ProcureTech100 program and the Founders’ Circle event series.

The digital procurement landscape is expanding faster than leaders can track. By combining ProcureTech100's data-rich rankings, vibrant founder community, and boutique events with Art of Procurement's trusted insights and 10,000-strong practitioner network, the acquisition creates procurement's only always-on source for peer-driven insight, unbiased procuretech intelligence, and executive collaboration.

Yes. A 60-plus judging panel made up of CPOs and procurement digital transformation experts will continue to select and rank providers, supported by our proprietary scoring methodologies. Sponsorship has no influence on inclusion or scoring.  You can read more about the judging process here.

Is any existing content or directory data going behind a paywall?
No. The ProcureTech100 report will remain free. ProcureTech’s directory of over 500 providers will be integrated into the Art of Procurement Provider Directory during 2025.
