The first contact a buyer has with a procurement team member, process, or system may determine how they feel from that point on. A positive impression can create engaged stakeholders and internal champions, while a negative impression is extremely hard to overcome.
Art of Procurement wants to learn more about that first moment of contact and the buyer “intake” experience. We are partnering with Zip Intake-to-Procure to conduct a survey on the process – and we want to know what you think!
Intake-to-procure is the simple, transparent and compliant way to manage indirect spend. Without it, many requesters are often confused by the “black box” nature of procurement’s process because it prevents them from getting purchase visibility and requires multiple rounds of internal inquiries with procurement.
The goals of this research are to:
- Better understand how procurement teams are currently managing the user experience, and
- Uncover the connections between company expectations, procurement performance metrics, and the user experience
Please take 5 minutes to complete this survey. Your unique perspective is incredibly valuable as we seek to understand the current state and future of request management. While the survey is anonymous, you may enter your email address at the end of the survey to ensure you receive the summary report once it is available.
