Implementing digital solutions does not equate to delivering digital value. For that, we have to create digital experiences and layer on new digital capabilities. Having digital solutions is not a competitive advantage, but it does open the door for proactive procurement teams to impact the company’s performance in new and measurable ways.
Useability and adoption are table stakes. We’re looking past both of them to help procurement become more strategic, accelerate decision making, and navigate inevitable macroeconomic challenges and geopolitical threats.
In short, we’re on a mission to 10X the impact of procurement, and we can’t do it without making the most of every digital asset at our disposal.
