For those that know me well, you will know that my family just welcomed a baby boy into the world! Baby Aidan was born last Wednesday, and joins his brother Tristan in being the kings of the castle in our household!

So using that as an excuse for coming into this week without a subject planned out for the Art of Procurement Friday Show and why this week’s episode may be a little shorter, today’s subject is something that is near and dear to my heart. I want to discuss the RFP, and are we abusing what is and can be a useful tool?
