013: Friday Show: Thoughts on Navigating the Procurement Job Market in 2016

In two recent episodes, procurement recruitment consultancy owners Andrew Daley and Mark Holyoake shared their thoughts on the state of the procurement job market. The shows covered the strategies and tactics that both candidates and hiring managers can undertake to secure the job – or the talent – that they need to move forward their careers, or their organizations.

In today’s Friday show I provide my perspectives on a couple of the key points and action items that I took away from those discussions, in terms of navigating the procurement job market in 2016.
